A career operating system that helps job seekers understand their positioning, improve application materials, prepare for interviews, and manage the work of finding the right role.

The problem

Job seekers are expected to research roles, tailor documents, prepare for interviews, and track dozens of decisions across disconnected tools.

The approach

I designed Applique around one persistent career profile and job-specific workflows, with explicit user control over consequential actions and evidence-based AI assistance.

Product architecture and full-stack implementation
CV analysis, application tailoring, interview preparation, and job workflow design
Payment, entitlement, email, analytics, and operational infrastructure
Safety boundaries that prevent AI from inventing candidate experience

Product principles
